圆环曲面纤维缠绕线型的设计与仿真*

摘 要:提出了一种圆环曲面纤维缠绕线型的设计方法。采用了双丝嘴测地线的纤维缠绕设计方法进行纤维缠绕,基于微分几何曲面理论建立了圆环曲面的测地线方程,采用了龙贝格(Romberg)算法求解,实现了圆环曲面纤维缠绕的系统仿真。仿真结果表明,该纤维缠绕线型设计方案精确可靠,满足纤维缠绕的基本要求,具有重要的实际生产应用价值,并为圆环曲面缠绕的应用奠定了理论基础。

Design pattern and simulation of torus for filament winding

Abstract: A design pattern for filament winding of torus was presented. Firstly, the geodesic function for filament winding of torus was constructed based on differential geometry, and then Romberg algorithm was introduced to solve the geodesic function. The pattern of adopting double guide heads and geodesic for filament winding of torus was put forward. A computer simulation system of filament winding process was developed to verify the correctness and practicability of the winding pattern. Meanwhile, all of these results can be regarded as the theoretical foundation of the applications of torus for the filament winding.
