基于变参数减振原理的铣切锯控制系统

摘 要:仿形铣切锯作为新型数控锯机,在大口径钢管加工线上具有广阔的应用前景。通过引入变参数铣削减振原理,对仿形铣切锯控制系统进行了优化设计,并在铣切过程中实时改变锯机的进给量和主轴转速等加工参数。结果显示,该控制系统可以有效地抑制加工过程中产生的强迫振动和颤振,提高产品加工质量和加工效率。

Milling flying saw control system based on the principle of suppressing vibration by milling with varying milling parameters

Abstract: As a new kind of NC saw machine, milling flying saw has a great market prospect in pipe processing lines. The principle of suppressing vibration by milling with varying milling parameters was introduced to guide a better design of the control system of the milling flying saw. By applying different processing parameters, such as feed rate and spindle speed, the forced vibration and chatter were suppressed effectively during the processing. The processing quality and efficiency were also improved.
