锅炉管壁金属温度计算软件的研究与开发

摘要：归纳了前苏联1957版《锅炉热力计算标准方法》中的锅炉壁温计算总体算法，并与1973版进行了对比。提出了面向对象的锅炉壁温计算软件模型，并用Visual C++实现了软件的开发。探讨了壁温计算危险点位置的主要选取原则。所开发的软件与热力计算软件系统具有内在集成性，系统间可以相互地直接调用数据。实际应用表明，采用该技术和方法所开发的壁温计算软件直观易用，符合工程技术习惯，可有效支持各种类型锅炉的壁温计算工作。

Research & development of boiler tube wall temperature calculation system

Abstract: The model of tube wall temperature calculation from the version 1957 of “The standard of Boiler Thermal Calculation” was abstracted. The difference between the version 1957 and the version 1973 was discussed. The method of how to fix on “the danger positions” was found out. Object Oriented theory to build up software structure was used. A visual system by Visual C++ which can share data between each subsystems, can apply to any type of boiler.
