面向小企业集群资源管理的资源树模型*

摘 要：通过对小企业集群资源管理特点的分析，提出了面向小企业集群的资源树模型。在小企业集群环境下，应用资源树模型,图形化、层次化地描述了集群的资源，降低了小企业集群资源组织、评价、选择的复杂度，便于实现资源的信息化管理，有助于提高小企业集群的市场竞争能力。最后给出了该资源树模型在压铸模小企业集群中应用的实例。

Model of resource tree to small enterprises cluster

Abstract: Based on analysis of the characteristic of resource management in small enterprises cluster, one kind of graphical hierarchical model to describe the resource of small enterprises cluster based on the resource tree was proposed, which is helpful to reduce the complexity of resource organization, evaluation and selection. It is also helpful to improve the competitive capability of small enterprises cluster. An example applied to diecasting die small enterprises cluster was also presented.
