基于PLC的测长称重机

摘要:测长称重机用于钢管自动生产上,主要负责采集管体长度和重量数据并发送到计算机上。基于此,设计了基于PLC控制的测长称重机。该设备采用伺服系统和带有重量变送器的称重传感器,实现了长度和重量测量,提高了测量精度和系统稳定性。并通过接口转换器将RS232串口转换成RS485串口,实现了PLC与计算机、计算机与外围设备之间的通信,使数据传输更加稳定,提高了系统的可靠性。

Measuring and weighing machine based on PLC

Abstract: The measuring and weighing machine is used in the productionline of steel pipe for acquiring the length and weight data and sending the data to the computer. The measuring and weighing machine based on programmable logic control (PLC) was designed. The measurement of length and the weight was realized, using the servo system and the weight sensor with weight transducer. In this way, the measurement accuracy and the system stability were improved. The system communication between the PLC, computer and peripheral device was implemented through the RS485 net which was converted from RS232 by the interface converter, the system reliability can be improved.
