基于PLC和变频器的工业废水预处理自控系统

摘 要:基于实际工程项目,结合废水处理工艺的特点,利用PLC和变频器设计了一套适用于中小型企业工业废水预处理的自动控制系统,该系统结构紧凑,功能齐全,开发成本低。此外,该自动控制系统总结了类似系统的通用设计思想,如I/O点的编制、模拟量量化思想、PID控制思想及相应的现场调试要点、故障分析及相应的扩展功能,为同类工业废水处理控制系统的设计提供了实用的参考价值。

Automatic control system of industrial wastewater pretreatment based on PLC and inverter

Abstract: Based on the actual project, an automatic control system with PLC and inverter was designed for the industrial wastewater pretreatment of SMEs by analyzing characteristics of the wastewater treatment process. The system has a compact and multifunctional structure with low development cost. In addition, the universal design ideas for similar system design were summed up, for example: the idea of scheduling of the I/O points, the idea of analog quantization, the idea of PID control and the corresponding field debugging principle, the idea of the fault analysis and functional expansion. Such ideas provide a practical referenced value for the similar design.
