基于UCC2818A的大功率有源校正电路设计

摘要:功率因数校正(PFC)技术能提高电源设备的利用率、减少谐波,在实际应用中,传统型单相有源功率因数校正主电路存在二极管反向恢复产生的电流冲击等问题。分析设计了一种基于UCC2818A的宽电压范围输入、稳压输出375 V的有源功率因数校正(APFC)电路,详细叙述了其主电路的设计方法,包括开关频率选择、PFC电感设计、功率开关管和二极管的选择等。实验结果表明: 所设计的大有源功率因数校正器能在170~270 V的宽电压输入范围内得到非常稳定的380 V直流电压输出,并使得功率因数达到0.99,解决了电流冲击等问题,提高了大功率功率因数校正主电路的可靠性。

Abstract: Power factor correction(PFC) technology can improve the utilization rate of power supply equipment and reduce harmonic. Current impacting problems owing to the diode reverse recovery about traditional singlephase active power factor correction(APFC) main circuit is impractical applications. A 375 V APFC with universal input and fixed output voltage was analyzed and designed based on UCC2818A. The main circuit design included the switch frequency choice, PFC inductor design, power switch tube and power diode choice was illuminated in detail. Experiment results show that the PFC can achieve a fixed output of 380 V DC voltage in the universal input range of AC 170~270 V. The power factor is 0.99, The current impacting problems are to be resolved, the reliability of highpower APFC main circuit has been improved highly.
