基于AVR单片机的SPWM控制技术

摘要:叙述了单相全桥电压型逆变器SPWM调制的原理,分析了单极性倍频调制的优点和采用的理由。在介绍了AVR单片机AT90PWM2的基础上,描述了用AT90PWM2实现单极性倍频SPWM调制的方法,制作了实际的逆变器样机,并应用于1 kW汽油发电机组中,工作性能稳定。最后给出了实验波形,实验结果表明,输出电压波形光滑、对称性好、失真度低。

SPWM control based on AVR single chip micyoco

Abstract: The principle of SPWM modulation in singlephase full bridge voltage mode inverter was represented. The advantage of single polar freqnencydoubling modulation and the reason of adoption were analyzed. The method for relizing SPWM with single polar freqnencydoubling was describled, based on AVR 8bit SCM AT90PWM2. The prototype of inverter was made, which was applied in gasoline generation set with 1 kW. The inverter has stable function. Finally the experimental results were illustrated. The results show this method can achieve good output waveform, the output voltage waveform is smooth, symmetrical good, and scale distortion is low.
