                                                    一种能消除积分漂移的电压型磁链观测器

摘 要:对异步电机交流调速系统中经典的定子磁链观测方法进行了分析,为消除积分漂移误差对电压型定子磁链观测器的影响,提出了一种改进积分器算法。将坐标系定向在定子电流矢量上,在该坐标系下,定子磁链的dq分量幅值在稳态下基本恒定,其微分信号接近于零,并且电流矢量幅值在稳态下亦接近于恒定量,由此推出了一套稳态下的定子磁链观测方法。新的磁链观测方法中不含有积分器,定子电阻摄动无影响,计算量较小,精度较高,且易于DSP实现。仿真表明,该方法可以得到较理想的磁链观测值。

                       Method for elimination of integral drift for voltage module flux observer

Abstract: The classical stator flux observation method was analyzed based on AC adjustable system for induction motor. In order to eliminate the integral drift, a novel integral method was presented. Fix the reference frame on the stator current vector and rotate synchronously (stator current orientation). In this reference frame, stator flux dq flux magnitude varies very slowly and can be considered as a constant, so the differential signal can be ignored in steady motor equations. On the other hand, the stator current vector is a slowness variance too. Then, a new steady stator flux estimation method was proposed which had the characteristics of not including integrator and stator resistance, small count quantity and high estimation precision. The simulation results are presented to show the realization of the objectives.
