开关元件的改进传输线模型研究

                                                                     开关元件的改进传输线模型研究*

摘 要:根据传输线理论和开关元件工作特性,提出了一种改进开关元件传输线模型。在改进模型中,增加了能描述开关元件工作状态的阻性元件,取代被描述为纯电容性或纯电感性的传统传输线模型。仿真分析和实验表明,采用改进的开关元件传输线模型能够较好地观察到变换器中物理参数的动态变化过程,当仿真步长在03 μs~0.01 μs范围内变化时,其结果稳定,从而证明了该改进开关元件传输线模型的稳定性。

                    Improved transmissionline model of switching component in power electronic circuit

Abstract: An improved transmissionline model (TLM ) was proposed to study the model of switching component, based on its characteristic and the transmissionline theory, in which a resistance component is added to describe the switch states rather than a pure capacitor or a pure inductor as described in the traditional TLM .Simulation and experimental results indicate that the dynamic changing process of physical parameter can be observed more clearly by adopting the improved TLM, and the results is stable when the time step changes at 0.3 μs~0.01 μs, and so its effectiveness is proved.
