PLC在胶订机控制中的应用

摘 要:通过分析胶订机在装订书刊中的工艺流程特点,提出了将PLC应用于书刊装订过程的控制方案。它解决了传统手控装订机在书刊装订中功效低、质量差的问题;控制系统设计方案合理且易实现;程序设计采用可读性强的状态转移图法,非常适合复杂工艺流程。经实时调试,胶订机的装订功效可提高一倍多。实例说明,PLC能为今后印刷设备实现智能控制探索出一条捷径。

Application of PLC on the control of staple pin attacher

Abstract: By analyzing the features of the staple pin attacher in process flow, a control scheme using the PLC on the process of the binding of books was presented. It resolved the low efficacy and poor quality of the traditional manual control binding machine, the design scheme of the control system was reasonable and easy to achieve, program design used the sequential function chart and adapt to the complex process flow. The efficiency of the staple pin attacher can increase as much again as the former operation through lots of tests. According to the example, the PLC can explore a short cut for the intelligent control of the printing equipment in the future.
