一种改进的铅酸蓄电池充电器

摘 要:通过分析铅酸蓄电池组串联充电不均衡的产生原因,采用不对称半桥和Buck两级主电路结构,结合三段式充电法,提出了一种改进的充电器设计方案,解决了充电不均衡的难题。实验结果表明,该方案能实现蓄电池组的并联均衡充电,避免电池性能差别的扩大,不对称半桥的零电压软开关也提高了充电器的效率。
Design of an improved charger for lead acid battery

Abstract: Analysing the nonequilibrium of charging for seriesconnected lead acid batteries, adopting twolevel main circuit combined with threestep charging, the design of an improved charger was proposed, the design solves the problem of nonequilibrium. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method can realize the equalizing charge of seriesconnected batteries to avoid the expansion of battery differences, and ZVS of AHB can raise the efficiency of the charger.
