                  微型三角转子发动机的研制与实验研究

摘 要:微型发动机是微机电系统的核心装置,有着广泛的发展前景,它除了广泛应用于工业、农业、医疗卫生等各行各业的电子器件以外,还可作为微型汽车、微型飞机、微型泵等微型机械的动力。介绍了微型三角转子发动机的研制及其在实验台架上的性能测试,在转速为7 800 rpm时,输出功率可达220 W。通过燃料的对比试验可知,若在航模燃料(甲醇为主)中添加一定量的柴油,在基本保证动力性的同时,其经济性将有一定改善。

            Micro triangle rotary piston engine and its experimental study

Abstract: Micro engines, the core of MEMS system, have abroad development foreground, not only they can be used in industry, agriculture, medical, but also they can be used as the power of miniature car, miniature plane or micro pump. The development and experiment study of micro engine were introduced. Its output power can reach 220 W in 7 800 rpm, by the contrastive experiment of two different fuel, it can be educed that if add some ratio diesel oil into methanol, the economic performance of engine can be improved.
