数控机床维修综合实验与培训系统的研制

摘要:本文介绍一种结合数控技术应用教学与数控机床操作工、调装维修工技能培训需要,既能进行数控机床、数控原理和数控维修实训,又能进行毕业设计,还能完成数控机床技能考试的综合实验与培训系统。实践证明,该系统有利于提高学员的综合分析和操作能力,能更好地培养出高素质的应用型人才。

Developing of synthetic maintenance experiments and training system
for numeric control machines

Abstract: Combining with the need of teaching of numeric control (NC) technology and training for operation and maintenance worker, the article introduces a kind of synthetic experiment and training system. Using the system we can not only do the training of NC machines, NC principle, but also we can do the design for graduation, accomplish the synthetic experiment and training system for NC machines. Certificated by experience, the system has an advantage of improving the synthetic analysis and operational ability. Then it can help us culture high disposition application-style talented persons.
