空气助燃窑炉换向期间压力补偿方案设计

摘要：窑炉压力是玻璃熔制过程中的主要控制参数之一，压力的波动直接影响到温度和液位的稳定。本设计方案是采用烟道开口补气的方式对窑炉换向期间的压力下降进行补偿，从而减小压力波动，稳定窑炉温度。

关键词：玻璃窑炉；压力补偿；补气阀；可编程控制器PLC。

pressure compensation project design of air combustion-supporting brothel-furnace during commutation period

Abstract: the brothel -furnace pressure is one of the main control parameters in glass melt system process , the pressure fluctuation affects directly the stability of temperature and liquid level. This project is designed to compensate the drop pressure during the pond furnace commutation period through the method which the smoke channel opens the mouth to reinforce air supply, which reduces the pressure fluctuation and stabilizes the furnace temperature.
