基于机器视觉的回收电度表智能检别线

摘要:基于机器视觉技术,设计了一条带三维坐标摄像装置的回收电度表智能检别线,实现了回收电度表条形码和表计读数自动识别、数据库自动管理、物流自动分选。介绍了机器视觉系统的软硬件构成和工作原理以及检别线运行模式与工作流程,阐述机器视觉技术在回收电度表智能检别中的应用。

The Intelligent Assembly Line of the Old Meters
Based on Machine Vision Technology

Abstract:  Based on Machine Vision Technology, an intelligent assembly line of old meters which have a photograph equip in three-dimensional coordinates had designed. It realizes the barcode and meter reading recognition automatically, automatic management of the database, automatic sorting of the logistics. This paper introduces the software and hardware composition and operation principle of the Machine Vision system and operational mode and work flow of the assembly line. It explains the application of the Machine Vision Technology in intelligent recognition of the old meters.
