智能避让技术在钢管成形输出辊道中的应用

摘要：针对带接箍钢管捆输出过程中的接箍防碰撞避让问题，通过建立钢管捆中钢管的标号分拣、避让时序、伸缩位移等相关数学模型，构建出整个智能避让控制系统，并描述了控制系统的组成以及PLC的工作流程。

The Application of Intelligent Avoiding Technology in the Shaping Export Roller

Abstract: The intelligent flex technology was applied according to the problems occurred in the shaping|export roller control system after the hoop|steel|pipes had been shaped. The mathematic model related to the sorting of steel|bundle sign, avoiding sequence and flex displacement was established to design the whole intelligent control system. The composing of the control system and the work flow for plc were also discussed in this paper.
