基于现场总线的柔性制造系统信息实时控制*

摘要:为实现对STARFMS柔性制造系统现场设备的实时控制,设计了基于PROFIBUSDP的控制系统,解决了控制中心与现场设备的通信问题。阐述了系统构成、PROFIBUSDP总线的控制方案、通信原理以及信息的实时控制。系统采用S7300和WINCC作为主站,S7200、ET200和变频器作为从站。以PROFIBUSDP总线作为通信基础,既实现了对整个系统的集中控制,又能够分散控制各底层设备,同时使监控画面根据现场实际情况动态显示。应用结果表明,该控制系统设计可行,整个系统运行稳定、可靠,能够实现多级实时控制。

Realtime control for flexible manufacturing systems based on PROFIBUSDP

Abstract: To realize realtime control of field devices on flexible manufacturing system(FMS), the control system based on PROFIBUSDP was developed, and communication problems between control center and production site were solved. System configuration, the control scheme of PROFIBUSDP, communication theory and information realtime control were focused on. S7300 PLC and WINCC were used as the master stations. S7200 PLC, ET200 and converter were adopted as the slave stations. The whole system as well as the field devices can be well controlled via PROFIUSDP,implementing the centralized and distributed control, and at the same time the monitor screen dynamically displays the actual situation. It is proved by the practical results that the design of control system is feasible, the entire system runs stably and reliably, and it realizes multilevel realtime control.
