摘要：详细介绍了弹簧负荷测控系统的控制流程及其实现方法和系统软件的组成，重点阐述了工作台旋转控制、弹簧分选方法和顺序控制中实时性问题的解决方法。

Abstract: The control flow and corresponding fulfillment method for the spring|load test and control system were introduced, followed by the software realization. The control method for rotating table, the technology for spring separation, and the real time response with sequential control are discussed.
