大功率智能交流稳压电源的设计

摘要:为了提高交流稳压电源的性能,克服电刷调压式大功率稳压电源存在机械磨损、噪声大、响应时间慢等不足,适应无人值守的场合对交流电源的需求,采用了单片机控制、晶闸管无触点切换及补偿技术,同时引入了智能控制及通信接口,实现了来电自恢复、故障自诊断及对交流稳压电源的遥控、遥测和遥信。试验结果表明,该智能交流稳压电源性能优异,各项指标已达到设计要求,能满足无人值守的场合对交流电源的需求。

Design of high power intelligent AC voltagestabilized source

Abstract: Aiming at improving performance of the AC voltagestabilized source, conquering disadvantage of mechanic abrade, big noise and long reactive time for the mechanic adjustment AC voltagestabilized source, and adapting the occasion of nobody is on duty, a single chip microcomputer(SCM) was used as controller, some thyristors were used as noncontact switches, and compensated technique was used, the disadvantage upwards was overcomed completely. The intelligent control and communicating interface were introduced, the automatic coming back, automatic examining, remote control, remote measure, remote signal were realized. The test results indicate that the performance of high power intelligent AC voltagestabilized source is excellent, all target suits for the design and it is the same with occasion of nobody on duty.
