ITER CC校正场线圈绕制数学模型的建立及其计算*

摘要:为了实现ITER CC校正场线圈绕线机自动绕制线圈,就线圈绕制过程进行了运动学分析。分析的关键在于预弯点运动轨迹数学模型的推导,经过一系列推导得到了参与线圈绕制的四根驱动轴的数学关系。对于具体线圈绕制过程进行了数据计算,得出四根驱动轴随时间变化的速度函数,构成了绕线机电控部分数学基础。研究结果表明该绕线机自动绕制线圈是可行的。

Building of mathematical model of ITER
correction coil winding and its calculation

Abstract: Aiming at realizing ITER correction coil automatically winded, the kinematic analysis of the coil winding process was made. Mathematical models of the prebend point trajectory was derived,and the mathematical relationship of the four drive shafts which have been involved in winding coils was gotten through a series of derivation. Calculations for the specific winding coils process were made, and the four drive shafts timevarying velocity functions which constituted the mathematical basis for the electrical control part were gotten. The results indicate that it is possible to wind coils automatically.
