一种基于飞轮储能系统的新型动态电压恢复器

摘要:为了克服传统动态电压恢复器无储能装置的不足,提出了一种基于飞轮储能系统(FESS)的新型动态电压恢复器(DVR)。根据飞轮充电要求,对DVR拓扑结构进行了研究,给出了DVR在不同工作模式下的控制策略:在飞轮充电过程中,采用脉宽调制(PWM)整流技术,实现了单位功率因数控制;在补偿电压暂降时,电机采用半桥能量回馈控制,以保持直流母线电压恒定,逆变器采用双环控制策略,补偿电压暂降的同时有效地抑制负载干扰和参数变化。实验结果验证了拓扑结构和控制策略的正确性。

A novel dynamic voltage restorer with flywheel energy storage system

Abstract: To overcoming the drawback of traditional dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) without energy storage devices, a DVR with flywheel energy storage system (FESS) was proposed. The topology of the system was introduced and the control strategies in different operating modes were analyzed. During charging mode, a pulse width modulation (PWM) rectifying technique was used to achieve unity power factor. During dynamic voltage restoration, the half bridge regenerative braking control strategy was adopted for flywheel to keep DC link voltage stable. And twoloop controller was employed for inverter thus enhancing the robustness of the system for load disturbances and the parameter changes. Experimental results show the validity of the topology and control strategies.
