一种嵌入式智能打标机的研制

摘要:针对现有打标机存在的不足,设计了一种嵌入式打标机。采用功能强大、功耗低的嵌入式微处理器ARM及可控性好的气动打标技术,完成了打标机的硬件设计,将控制器与驱动器集成一体,结构紧凑。并介绍了其上、下位机的软件系统。改善了气动打标机的性能,使其能更方便、准确地完成打标内容。研究结果表明,所设计的智能打标机取得了预期效果,并且具有较广泛的应用前景。

Research and design of embedded intelligent marker

Abstract: In view of the existing shortcomings of current markers, one kind of embedded marker was designed. By applying powerful, low power loss embedded microprocessor ARM and good controllability pneumatic marking technique, the hardware design of marker was accomplished, the controller and driver were integrated to form a compact structure. And software system of upper and lower computer was introduced. The performance of pneumatic marker was improved and the marking content could be completed more conveniently and accurately. The results of research indicates that this kind of marker obtains the expected effect and has widespread application prospect.
