W-1620高速复合纸分切机热接装置的开发

摘要:为了低成本、高效率的解决严重影响复合纸分切机收卷质量和正常工作的纸叠接问题,综合分析了复合纸的结构特性,纸叠接产生的条件和原因;经深入研究现场生产工艺条件,采用了新型合金加热片6J40、耐高温环氧树脂板等新材料,开发并设计了新型热接装置的整体结构及加热板、真空吸盘、纸端定位等分部件的结构原理和实现方式。经现场检验结果表明,新热解装置在加热时间比、各部件实用特性、操作安全等性能上达到了国外同等产品质量标准,并具有明显的的性价比优势。

Development of thermowelding device of W-1620 high-speed composite paper slitter rewinder

Abstract: Aiming at efficiently solving the paper splicing problem at low cost, which badly affects the rewindering quality of the composite paper slitter and continuous-working period, the structure characteristic of composite paper, the conditions and reasons why paper splicing happens were synthetically analyzed. After deeply researching the production technology, the design was improved for using neotype materials, including alloy-material 6J40 heating-board and refractory epoxy resin. The mechanism theory of the neotype thermowelding device and sub-componets such as heating board, vacuum box, paper-end localization were achieved, and the practical working methods were developed systematically. The quality criterion, such as heating-time ratio, components practicability, processing safety were realized. The test results indicate that the system improves paper splicing quality significantly, and comparatively equals to the performance of importing equipment. Further more, the device is of great predominance on performance/cost ratio.
