基于VB的通用运动控制软件模型*

摘要：针对通用运动控制系统控制软件开发中存在的复用问题，结合VB开发环境在机电系统软件开发中的优缺点，提出了较为通用的运动控制软件模型及其实现方法，重点分析了基于VB平台开发此类控制软件所需要解决的关键技术问题及其解决方案，包括事件处理机制、多线程机制模拟等，并结合具体应用分析了该模型的使用方法。研究结果及应用分析表明，所提出的基于VB的运动控制模型适合大多数开放式运动控制平台，所采用的方法和技术对其他工业应用软件的开发也具有一定的参考价值。

General software model for motion control based on Visual Basic developing environment

Abstract: In order to improve the reusability of the control software for open structured motion control systems, a set of general purposed motion control software models were put forward, with emphasis on the key techniques required when implementing under the Visual Basic environment, including the event generating and processing scheme, mutlithread simulation model. An example application was given to show the effectiveness of these models. The result shows that this motion control software model is suitable for most of the open structured motion control platform, and its modeling method and programming skills are also useful references for other industry software applications.
