汽车轮毂轴承的可靠性建模分析*

摘要:为研究汽车轮毂轴承的寿命与可靠性之间的关系,首先,建立了轴承各元件基于二参数威布尔分布的寿命—可靠性模型,并在此基础上,建立了串联系统的轴承可靠性模型;然后分析了威布尔分布定时截尾有失效数据和无失效数据的参数估计方法;最后,给出算例验证了模型的可行性。研究结果表明,在可靠度要求不太高的情况下,与传统模型相比,其寿命预测更准确。

Study on reliability model of automobile wheel hub|bearing

Abstract: Aiming at the study of the relationship between wheel hub-bearing life and its reliability, the life model of the various components that constitute of bearing which was based on two-parameter weibull distribution was firstly investigated. On this basis, the series system reliability model of rolling bearing was established. Then the estimation methods of parameters of the Weibull distribution on type|I life testing were proposed. Finally, an example was given to verify its feasibility.The research results indicate that it is more precise compared with the traditional reliability models when the reliability is not too high.
