基于LabVIEW的汽车燃油泵输油性能测试系统

摘要:为对汽车燃油泵输油性能进行准确和有效的检测,以虚拟仪器技术、电子技术和控制技术为基础,以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,结合相关功能硬件研制出了汽车燃油泵真空度法测试系统。系统根据发动机转速调整燃油泵工作电压,通过测得的负压值判断燃油泵输油性能,以数字和虚拟仪表图形两种数据形式动态显示被测参数值变化。试验结果证明,系统具有采集数据实时性好、更新维护方便和自动化测试程度高的优点,可以作为汽车燃油泵性能检测的一种新思路。

Fueldelivering performance test system for automotive fuel pump based on LabVIEW

Abstract: In order to test the fueldelivering performance of an automobile fuel pump exactly and efficiently, taking virtual instrument technology, electronic technology and control technology as the base, using LabVIEW as software development platform, the automobile fuel pump vacuum method test system was developed combined with hardwarerelated. Voltage of fuel pump was adjusted according to engine speed, the capability of fuel pump import fuel was determined by measured pressure value, and in the form of digital and virtual instruments, the changes of the measured parameter value were shown. Test research proves that the system has realtime data collection, update and maintenance facilitate, and has a high degree advantages of automatic test. It can be as a new test method for fueldelivering performance of automobile fuel pump.
