横向型虚拟企业订单分配模型研究*

摘要:横向型虚拟企业是由多个生产同类产品的企业构成的协作生产联合体,正确合理地在协作企业之间进行订单分配,是提高制造企业敏捷性和竞争力的重要手段。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于生产负荷率准则的订单分配方法,建立了订单均衡分配模型。利用进化规划算法对模型进行了求解,并应用研究实例验证了算法的有效性。研究结果表明,提出的模型与方法是有效的。

Research on order allocation model for horizontal virtual enterprise

Abstract: Horizontal virtual enterprise is a collaborative enterprise community consisting of several enterprises which produce the same kind of products. To correctly allocate order among collaborative enterprises is one of important methods to raise the agility and competitiveness of a manufacturing enterprise. Aiming at this problem, an approach to proportionally allocate order based on the criterion of production load rate equilibrium was proposed. A model of order equilibrium allocation was constructed, and the evolutionary programming algorithm was applied to deal with the model. A numerical example was used to verify the feasibility of the proposed approach. The results indicate that the proposed model and the algorithm can obtain satisfactory solutions.
