基于AT89C2051的圆网喷墨制网机自动装夹系统*

摘要:为了实现圆网喷墨制网机装夹系统的自动化,提出了基于单片机的系统实现方法。选用AT89C2051单片机作为控制系统的核心,采用步进电机、驱动器和丝杆组成的传动系统,通过传感器实现了步进电机连续运动过程的中断,应用S型加速算法和线性减速算法实现了步进电机运动的平稳启停,结合按钮触发实现了全自动装夹系统。试验结果表明,该控制方法实现了圆网喷墨制网机的柔性化,扩大了圆网喷墨制网机的使用范围,减轻了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

Automatic clamping system of rotary screen engraver based on AT89C2051

Abstract: Aiming at the automatization of the clamping system of rotary screen engraver ,the approach of the system based on singlechip microcomputer was proposed. AT89C2051 was selected as the core of control system. The transmission system composed of stepper motor, amplifier and groove was adopted. The continuous movement of stepper motor was interrupted through pressure sensor. Sigmoid acceleration and linear deceleration algorithm were used to make stepper motor start and stop smoothly. Combined with buttons, automatic clamping system was accomplished. Online experiment result shows that the proposed control method makes rotary screen engraver flexible, the application scope of rotary screen engraver is expanded, labor intensity is alleviated and work efficiency is improved.
