桥式起重机安全检测法综述及展望*

摘要:为了探索起重机安全检测的新方法和新技术,对桥式起重机安全检测法进行了全面回顾和综合分析,指出了传统安全检测方法存在的缺陷;并依据变形监测发展方向,探讨了近景摄影测量法在桥式起重机安全检测中应用的可行性;同时为了适应今后国内外安检工作高效、自动、智能的发展趋势,进行了起重机安全检测专家系统的概念设计。所做的综述与发展展望对起重机安检的实践具有一定的参考价值。

Review and prospect of the methods in bridge crane safety inspection practice

Abstract: In order to explore the new method and new technology in the safety inspection of crane, the traditional methods in the safety inspection practices for bridge crane were reviewed and analyzed synthetically, and their shortcomings in actual application were pointed out. Based on the development direction of deformation monitoring, the feasibility of close-range photogrammetry applied in the safety inspection of bridge crane was discussed. In order to meet the demands of high-efficiency, automation, intelligence for the inspection practice in future, the concept design of expert system to inspect the crane was proposed. This exploration has a certain value in the safety inspection practice for bridge crane.
