发电机转子负序涡流场分析与计算

摘要:汽轮发电机的不平衡负载将使转子感应出两倍工频(100 Hz)的涡流,引起转子铁芯及其阻尼电路的发热,从而限制了发电机的负序能力。利用复数表面阻抗的概念给出了转子负序涡流场的分析方法。在此基础上,以转子极面加阻尼系统的300 MW汽轮发电机为例,计算了发电机稳态负序运行时转子上的涡流分布和损耗分布。根据计算结果,讨论了转子极面加阻尼系统对提高发电机负序能力所起的作用。

Analysis and calculation of generator negative sequence eddy current field

Abstract: Unbalanced loading of turbine generator induced rotor currents at twice the supply frequency (100 Hz), with consequent heating of solid iron and other damping circuit which limited the negative sequence capability of the machine. A method for analysis of rotor negative sequence eddy current field were presented by using the complex surface impedance concept. As an example, the distributions of eddy currents and losses in the rotor of turbogenerator running on steady unbalanced load were calculated for 300 MW turbogenerator of rotor pole with damping system. And according to the results, the rotor pole combined damping system for increasing the negative sequence capability of the machine were discussed.
