矿井主排水系统管网运行效率的分析

摘要:矿井排水系统是矿井安全生产的重要保证。在安全和高效运行的同时,为了最大限度地提高综合效率,降低排水电耗,以管网经济流速为基础,对管网进行改造,使之在改造后的建设造价和运行费用之和最小;在对不同的管径和排水模式进行详细对比和分析的基础上,对如何提高矿井主排水系统管网运行效率进行了分析和研究。研究表明,新更换排水管径在12家陨喜⒉捎枚喙芰潘保谩⒐芡拭飨蕴岣摺

Analysis to the circulate efficiency of the mineral well drains system and tube net

Abstract: The mineral well drains system was an importance to guarantee mineral well safety produce. At safety with circulate efficiently, in order to increase the synthesize efficiency, decrease the exhaust water electricity consumes, the network of pipes was reformed based on the economic current velocity in net, making the total of the expenditure on construction and circulate minimum. Different tube path and draining mode were contrasted and analyzed in detail, to study and analyze how to increase the circulate efficiency of mineral well drains system and tube net. The study indicates that when the new replace drain pipe path diameters are at 1 inch above, and more tube worked together, the efficiency of water pump and tube net obviously increased.
