基于功率平衡的DSP减载系统研究

摘要:针对维持电力系统功率平衡的要求,在分析了电力系统中频率、电压与有功功率、无功功率之间联系的基础上,设计了一种以TMS320C240DSP为核心微处理器的自动按级减负荷装置,介绍了该装置的工作原理、硬件体系结构和软件概要设计。讨论了本装置自动按级减负荷的分散型低压减载控制算法和用于确定低频减载时间常数的PID控制算法,并在此基础上利用EMTDC/PSCAD进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,在多机系统出现严重功率缺额时,新的减负荷方案明显优于现有方案。

Research on DSP automatic load shedding system based on power balance

Abstract: The important relation between frequency, voltage and active power, reactive power in power systems was analyzed. To keeping the system power balance, an automatic load shedding by grade device based on TMS320C240DSP as core processor was designed. The operation principle, hardware system structure and general software design were introduced. The disperse under voltage load shedding control arithmetic and PID control arithmetic to confirm time constant in the device were considered, simulations were carried out by EMTDC/PSCAD according to it. The simulations results show that, when multimachine system is in serious power vacancy, new load shedding project surpasses the existing plan obviously.
