摘要：Sinumerik 802D是专门用于数控车、铣机床的CNC系统，集数字控制器、可编程逻辑控制器和人机界面于一体,其模块化设计、分布式安装具有高可靠性、高开放性和高灵活性。介绍了Sinumerik 802D和PLC在钢管数控自动倒棱系统中的成功应用。研究结果表明，采用该方法可以使原系统的精度、稳定性和自动化程度得到大幅度的提高。

Application of the Sinumerik 802D and PLC on the steel pipe chamfering system

Abstract: The Sinumerik 802D is a CNC system which is especially used in NC turning or milling machine, the numeric controller, programmable logic controller and human-machine interface are integrated into it. The CNC system is more reliable, more open and more flexible because of its modular design and distributed assembly. It was introduced that the Sinumerik 802D and programmable logic controller(PLC) were successfully applied to the steel pipe chamfering system based on Profibus-DP. Experimetal results show that the method improves its precision, enhances its reliability and upgrades its degree of automation.
