CIM在上海电力公司输配电生产管理系统中的应用*

摘要:系统间的模型差异导致了输配电生产管理系统(PMS)作为基础数据源时无法有效为外部系统提供数据。为此,通过分析PMS系统结构和对应选用的数据模型、数据库、数据封装方式以及发布技术,提出了一种应用公共信息模型(CIM)为PMS对外封装统一接口的方案,论述了在项目实施中运用的关键技术,并在工程应用中验证了其有效性。

Abstract: Model differences may cause inefficiency in offering data to other applied systems for production management system (PMS) in power transmission and distribution which is the basic data source for Shanghai municipal electric power company. To solve this problem, an analysis about PMSs architecture and data-encapsulated mode was introduced, and then an approach encapsulating PMS to make an interface in the form of component interface specification(CIM) was presented. Some key technologies in the implementation of this project were also discussed. The validity of this method was verified through practical applications.
