基于产品模板的小型农机产品快速配置研究*

摘要：提出了采用有向图形式构建产品系列的多级配置模板，根据图论数学理论，利用模板变异技术实现了机械产品的快速配置。并根据模块化小型农业作业机的快速配置设计需求，提出了基于图论模板技术的快速配置设计系统流程。通过小型农机智能配置系统实例应用表明：采用有向图变换方法能实现产品的快速拟定虚拟产品方案设计，为实现小型农机产品的客户快速配置提供了一种可行的方法。

Abstract: According to the unique advantage of template technology, using product template oriented by graph theory, the typical model of small agricultural machinery (SAM) was expressed, and the rapid configuration process through the variation of isomorphic graphics was realized. Besides, a systematic framework based on product template technology was proposed, and an application platform using above technology was developed. The test result shows that, the method can give rapid response to the customers specific requirements and provide a feasible way to realizing the rapid configuration of SAM product.
