基于USB接口的虚拟逻辑分析仪的设计

摘要:传统的逻辑分析仪结构复杂,体格昂贵。介绍了基于USB接口的虚拟逻辑分析仪的设计思想与方法,利用PC机实现了逻辑分析仪的显示、分析、控制等功能,降低了硬件电路设计难度和成本、提高了可靠性和性能;采用“MCU+FPGA”实现了信号的触发、缓存和传输控制,并且通过USB接口与PC机连接,提高了信号采样速度。重点阐述了基于USB接口的虚拟逻辑分析仪的硬件、软件系统设计。应用结果显示,该方法有效可行。

Design of virtual logic analyzer based on USB interface

Abstract: Traditional logic analyzer is complicated and expensive. Design of virtual logic analyzer based on Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface was described, functions such as display, analysis and control were realized on PC, thus difficulty and cost of hardware design was reduced, reliability and performance were enhanced. Triggering, caching and transferring of signal were realized based on “MCU+FPGA”. Communicating between PC by USB, its sampling rate was enhanced. The design of hardware and software was described. The result of application shows that the method is officient and effective.
