基于马尔柯夫过程的机电设备有效性模型*

摘要:设备有效性的高低将直接影响企业的正常生产。鉴于此,建立了一种机电设备的有效性模型,对模型的求解方法进行了探讨,提出了一种基于马尔科夫过程的模型求解方法。研究结果表明,该模型可以有针对性地对机电设备进行预防维修,减少了盲目性,降低了维修费用,使机电设备可以尽可能地处于良好的工作状态。

Availabilitymodel for electromechanical equipment based on Markov process

Abstract: Availability of the equipment will directly affect the normal production. The availability model of the electromechanical equipment was built up, and a flexible methods based on the Markov process was also presented to solve the model. The results of research show that, the model can be targeted for preventive maintenance to reduce blindness and maintenance costs, make the equipment as much as possible working in good condition.
