大用户直购电中网损分摊问题的研究

摘要:研究了电力市场中大用户直购电的特点,并针对电力市场中直购电大用户在网损计算时遇到的分摊问题,提出了一种顺流分摊方法。该方法基于电网潮流分布的比例共享基本原则,设定负荷应承担的网损系数,并通过顺流跟踪有功潮流将电网网损分摊到各个直购电的大用户。基于该方法开发了相应的大用户直购电网损分摊计算软件包。最后,通过一个测试系统算例验证了所提出算法的可行性和有效性。

Research on loss allocation of large customs directpowerbuying

Abstract: The characters of large customs directpowerbuying were researched. An upstream looking loss allocation method was proposed to solve the loss allocation problem for large customs in directpowerbuying. This method is based on the proportional tracing principle. Loss allocation for large customs can be obtained by setting the loss sharing coefficient for load and by using upstream looking loss allocation method. Based on the proposed method, a software package was developed. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method were shown with a test system.
